Coeur Dress
Dress made in 100 percent organic cotton. Designed with a round collar, elasticated ruffled cuffs with embroidered scallop endings and a soft elastic band that opens up into a flared skirt. The dress is adorned with a double layered frill with embroidered scallop endings on the shoulders and embroidered hearts on the chest. Closes at the back neckline with a single heart shaped button.
