Our standard return period is 14 days from delivery date. You can return your product for store credit or a different product. We are not providing refunds at this time. We do not cover the shipping cost for returns and we do not reimburse initial shipping costs. If a different product is shipped, a shipping fee will be charged.
Sale items are final sale.
Cancelations: We do not offer order cancelations at this time. if for any reason your order needs to be canceled, please reach out to us to firstname.lastname@example.org a 5% from the total of the order will be deducted as we pay for credit card fees and cancelations fees to credit cards processors when orders are canceled.
Preorders, special orders, gift cards, and sale items can not be returned or cancelled. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, we will send a code with your credit to be used any time in store or online.

Afterpay and Sezzle returns and order cancellations are subject to a 6% fee for shop credit. They both charge us 6% for any refunds or cancellations so this is just a pass through fee.
